Return & Refund Policy

Physical/Printed Goods

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The books must be free of physical damage, i.e., no torn pages, no stains, no water damage, etc.
• If the item arrived defective, the claim should be initiated within 7 days of acceptance of delivery. This is outside of the 30-day return window for standard returns.
• For any item, such as printed books, that are resold or re-distributed, i.e. from the client to their customers, the product must be returned first in order to process a claim on it. Refusal to return the item will nullify and void the claim.
• The first priority will always be an exchange with a fresh copy as a replacement for the original order unless decided by the company to compensate otherwise.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer support team at sales@amzpublishingllc.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of your request.
3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees.

Digital Services

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for our digital services. If your expectations are not met, you may be entitled to a pro-rated refund based on the amount of work completed.

To request a refund for digital services:

1. Contact our customer support team at sales@amzpublishingllc.com, or reach out to your Project Manager, providing your order number and a detailed description of your concerns.
2. Our team will review your case and determine the amount of the pro-rated refund based on the work completed.
3. We cannot offer a refund if the work is completed and accepted by you and no concerns are raised within 7 days of acceptance. You are entitled to request revisions for up to 30 days. We strongly recommend using this revision period to address any concerns. Please note that the revision window is void if a refund claim is raised.
4. In Organic Growth & Marketing Plans, we focus on delivering visibility and traction, not guaranteeing sales. Predicting sales outcomes for SEO-based marketing is impossible, though historical data shows organic marketing yields long-term results, often taking several months to a year to peak. Therefore, our marketing packages are strictly non-refundable. However, if a package is canceled mid-term, we will refund the remaining value after deducting any applicable costs. No refunds or claims are allowed after the marketing plan’s tenure ends.
